Baked Potato Salad

This may be the best potato salad I've ever tasted.  The recipe is from Linda McNeil at an Iowa Hawkeye game.  It's great for cold weather too.

Ingredients:

8 cooked peeled and diced potatoes

1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced

1 cup salad dressing (ala Miracle Whip)

1/3 cup bacon bits

1/2 cup chopped onion

4 tsp. instant chicken bullion

3 hard boiled eggs chopped

Prepare:

Toss everything together and place into a buttered baking dish.   Refrigerate, covered with foil, overnight.  On game day bake at 325 degrees for an hour and ten minutes or until done.
