Grilled Dove Breasts

 

Dennis McIntosh, a Purdue grad, gave us this great tasting (I mean it) recipe.

Fillet Dove breasts (you'll probably have to hunt them yourself)

Soak them in milk for at least three hours

Sprinkle them with seasoning salt

Wrap them in bacon with a sliver of green, red or yellow pepper and a sliver of onion

Grill them with barbeque sauce.
