The Tailgater's Handbook Recipe for Nachos

Mix baked corn chips with blue organic corn chips.  Place them in a disposable baking dish and sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheeses (shredded).  Sprinkle with spicy chicken seasoning.  Cook on the grill until cheese melts.  Place two bricks on the grill to protect the pan from burning.
