Sausage Cheese Puffs

Ingredients:
3 Cups Bisquick
8 oz. pkg.  cream cheese
1 lb. Johnsonville Italian Sausage
Prepare:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt the cream cheese until it stirs easily then add to Bisquick and raw sausage in a large mixing bowl.  Mix these ingredients together with your hands, just like meatloaf. Roll portions into small meatball sized balls.  Place on cooking pan on parchment paper.  Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned. This should make from 60 to 100 balls.  Serve them hot out of the oven with your favorite sauce.
Mustard Sauce
Mix at least 8 ounces of mayonnaise with 3 ounces Frenchs Dijon Mustard.  Then taste the sauce and add more Dijon to make it spicier or more mayo to lessen the spiciness.
