San Antonio Beans
They're delicious, low fat and easy
There is only .8 gram of Fat in a 1/2 cup serving of these spicy tailgate beans.  Coat a sauce pan with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot. Add green pepper and onion; sauté until tender.  Add pinto beans and remaining ingredients.  Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. This will make seven servings at about 110 calories a peace.
    1/2    cup    chopped green pepper
    1/4    cup    chopped onion
    16oz can     pinto beans, drained
    15oz can     red kidney beans, drained
    3/4 cup       no salt added tomato sauce
    2 to 3 Tbls  no salt added salsa
    1 Tblspn     prepared mustard
    1 tspn          liquid smoke
